I quit the 1st season very soon because I was not interested in anyone. But I watched this season to the very end, honesty just because Marvin is 100% my type even I generally don’t find French particularly attractive. It’s all about him, probably because he is black. He is black, right? His eyes, his skin color, his smile, the way he talks, walks and acts, the that accent( I can’t believe I actually like someone because of his accent, I’ve thought that’s so stupid my whole life), let alone that body, 6-pack and those leggy legs and everything.
I was going to give up on it in the begining when he sadi he wanted to keep gis choices open and literally tried to flirt with any of possible girls. And also his attitude with Melinda was just unaceptable for me, how can he flirt with others right after shared a good kiss with Mel. It’s impossile and so shameless rhat he had a problem when Lana told them Peter and Mel kissed after their kiss. It didn’t make logoc sense to me that he can flirt with anyone he wants and tries to make a move, probably to kiss or even more, but he is not ok that Mel also did that? That’s totally double-standered and hypocrite. He did a few other things that made me mad, too. But he is just so my type, and i cannot stop myself from drawjng to him, so i just continued watching anyway.
But all of that hate for him turned to a great joy in the end, i guess that’s just the charm of plot twist. Oh my god, he is just so sweet when he finally let his guard down and opened up in the workshop and to Melinda, that smile on his face just melt my heart ike a snowflake in a dessert. That’s a man in love who smiled like a child. When i am replaying this in my head, I am having a heart strack. And in the very end, he fessed up and asked Mel to be his girlfriend, i felt so happy for them. And when he cried because of the coming departure, I cried, too!
Basically, i think much of the credit of his progress shoud go to the girl, Melinda. She surprised me a lot of times. She has my repect, the woman is amazing! She sticks to her choice the whole time, when what Marvjn was doing hurt her, when Marvin was upset because of what she did with Peter, when he was acting cold out of defense, she handled those situation perfectly! That takes a lot of bravery, love and confindence, because she is not afraid of putting herself out there and exposing her vulnerablity and needs, that’s admirable, not so many of us are capable of doing that when confronted with someone we have very strong feelings for. She is not prettiet girl in my eyes, but she is the only one I hope I would be becoming.

不知道为什么只有6.5分，但是它值得9分。又色又有意义。有人的兽性和金钱的诱惑，也有男女关系的博弈。更有让大家反省，如何去经营一段长期关系。还有发现自我。美女、帅哥、沙滩、浪漫、撕B还有旧爱新欢，你想要的它都有。这么好的综艺。如果10分，它值得9分！少的一分希望下一季更好。更头疼的事，居然是要140字才能发表！能不能把这规矩改了。
