I know some of this can be directors trying to manipulate my feelings as a sentimental human audience, but yes I would love to fall into this trap and have more feelings for those creatures who are so different than us humans. Looking at their life (even just through the lenses of a human film maker) allows me to jump out of the human-centered perspective for a short minute. And I do appreciate their beings and how diverse this world can be. You never know how much you don’t know.
