I was hesitant to watch this because the male lead just isn't my type. But the small town setting was too appealing for me to pass on this. Besides the female lead seems nice enough so i decided to give this a shot. However, I heted Mel and Jack, their actors and their romance arc. I especially didn't expect to hate mel so much but every time she needed to help patients she just have this patronizing frown on her face that pisses me off. And it was so convienent that jack's long term booty call charmane gets pregnant since mel herself can't so now when the happy ending comes which we all know is inevitable the happy ending will not be childless. Great cinematograph tho. The small town scenery doesn't disappoint. And preacher and paige make the show so much more tolerable.

2019年治愈我的剧。这种小镇生活，老皮卡，木房子，墙上挂鹿头人人穿flannel的剧情太适合上了一天班躺着看了。每天都跟电脑、文件打交道，深陷这种这种群山的呼唤无法自拔啊。至于主角是渣男，确实如此。可是他这男的也真不容易，身边哥们个个有PTSD，自己的爹也不是啥模范丈夫。大胆追求幸福吧又跨不过心结。这号人谈恋爱太难了，可谁又不是呢。
